Our Focus for 2022

For the past few years, 18 Coffees has selected a theme around which we center our work, programming, and Community Partnership goals. In 2020, we focused on democracy as we hosted ballot parties and partnered with organizations like Sister District and Vote.org to help get out the vote. In 2021, our guidepost was change. 

This year’s theme: sustainability. But not just in the environmental sense — we’re focusing on building sustainable relationships with work culture, pandemic life, each other, and beyond.

For the remainder of the year, we’ll use this lens to foster discussion around topics that generate impact across personal and professional spheres. Be on the lookout for updates and programming that ties back to our sustainability mindset — here’s to 2022!
