Reimagining a resource library with She Should Run

Project Overview: 18 Coffees worked with Community Partner Amanda Diiulis and her team at She Should Run to help the non-profit organization outline a robust resource library that effectively supports and encourages women considering a political run. Our two-month collaboration consisted of two phases:

  • Phase One: Community Partner volunteers conducted a round of discovery research, exploring community-driven organizations from a multitude of industries and connecting with leaders from some of these organizations, as well as with women who have considered or have run for office.

  • Phase Two: Using our foundational discovery research as a launch pad, Community Partners outlined a recommended wireframe the She Should Run team can implement to create an engaging resource hub that guides women exploring a run for office further down the prospective funnel.

Team Leads: Hilary Schwartz and Sydney Bauer

Team Members: Ellen Wernecke, Kelly Wrather, Megan Christenson

Applicable Skill Sets: Strategy, research, non-profit management, UX design, community development, impact measurement
